Koov is a voice-native AI that joins your meetings as a participant. Send it to a sync on Meet, Zoom, Teams or FaceTime; it tracks who said what, captures commitments as they're made, speaks when invited, and routes what happens next to Slack, Linear or HubSpot. 2,000 users in the first six months, enterprise deals in progress, and a seat at Y Combinator AI Startup School.
01
The idea
Meetings are not about what was said. They are about what decision got made, who owns the next step and what changed since last time. Transcripts make that worse: you leave with a 2,000-word summary and nobody can answer the only question that matters. Koov participates instead of recording.
02
Attend for you
Send Koov to your next sync and it joins the room as you: multi-participant awareness, speaker labels and live commitments while you're somewhere else. It works across Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and FaceTime.
- —Joins as a participant, not a recorder
- —Knows who is speaking and tracks what each person commits to
- —Answers in the call when asked: what did we agree last time, what are the open commitments, what's the risk here
03
Debrief anytime
Miss the live call or need a second pass? FaceTime Koov afterwards: what was decided, what's on you, and what routed where. Every meeting builds the context for the next one.
04
The hub
A dashboard of meetings, actions, decisions, context sets and transcripts. Actions carry their source meeting and their destination: an engineering ticket to Linear, a recap to Slack, a pricing concern logged on the HubSpot deal.
05
The team
Seven of us across Cornell, Carnegie Mellon, Georgia Tech, Maryland and Indiana, with Forbes 30 Under 30 founders on the team. I work on product, early engineering and go-to-market. Six months in: 2,000 users, enterprise deals in the works and Y Combinator AI Startup School.
